The Folsom Flames 12-and-under baseball team ended its 2011 season in fine fashion by winning the Slumpbuster Tournament in Omaha, Neb. held June 17-19. The Flames battled through an up-and-down season and peaked at the right time, winning their final tournament. The Flames won 7-4, as the bats came alive in a big way with hits from Adam McMahon, Bryce Mendenhall, Mike Nelson and Dominic Langham. Sunday saw the Flames play at Tiger Stadium against the Brentwood Blast.
